Acupuncture as part of Chinese medicine has a history of more than 2000 years. It has been developed not only to relieve the pain and illness but to help the body maintain a balanced state to prevent disease. Chinese medicine considers the illness is caused by Yin and Yang energy imbalance, which can be more or less translated into unstable homeostasis. It can be affected by aging, a stressful lifestyle and emotional strain. In addition, environment change and industrialized food production can impact our body and energy negatively.

Acupuncture and Chinese medicine are an alternative approach to a healthy body and mind. It promotes the connection of the two to optimize your health.
